采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：浙江大学新农村发展研究院是第五届至第八屇（2025年-2028年）全国大学生乡村振兴大赛赛务工作，且为大赛唯一秘书处单位，全面负责全国赛和专项赛的组织实施、运行管理及合同签订等事务。综上认为该项目符合单一来源采购的要求。为此根据政府采购法第三十一条符合下列情形之一的货物或者服务，可以依照本法采用单一来源方式采购：（一）只能从唯一供应商处采购的；
